All creation including those great angels are in full need and submission to their Mighty Lord Allah the exalted. Allah, the sufficient, is not in need of anyone or anything

In some occasions, the angels may take the form of human beings. The angel Jibreel, in many cause, used to come to the Prophet Muhammad in the form of one of the companions called Dehia Alkalbi. He also came to Mary, the mother of Jesus Isa in the form of a human being. (see the Noble Qur’an Ch. 19)

The angels remember Allah day and night without boredom; they neither eat nor drink.
